75 minutes of deep rest, gentle sound and space to simply switch off.

My Deep Rest Sound Baths are designed to give you time away from the constant stimulation and demands

ofeveryday life. A chance to slow down, turn your attention inwards and allow your body and mind to settle.

You’ll be guided into relaxation before being immersed in layers of therapeutic sound from crystal and

Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other gentle instruments. The experience is designed to create the conditions for deep relaxation and support your nervous system in moving towards

its calmer rest-and-restore state.

Research into sound baths is still developing, but studies suggest sound-based meditation can

support relaxation and reduce feelings of tension and anxiety. DOI

There’s nothing you need to do, achieve or even know how to meditate. Simply lie down, get comfortable,

close your eyes and allow yourself to receive the sounds.

✨ You’re very welcome to bring additional blankets, cushions or pillows to make yourself extra comfortable
✨ Chairs are available if you would prefer not to lie on the floor
